Understand the role of the intake
Dr. B describes AI-guided intake followed by review by a licensed medical provider. Depending on the state and condition, review may include a brief video visit. This description does not mean that an AI independently issues a prescription, and this publication has not audited the clinical review process. [How Dr. B works]
Ask how a question or correction reaches the reviewing professional. NIDDK's diagnostic overview includes examination and possible tests, so also clarify what happens when the online pathway needs information it cannot collect. [Assessment]
Keep consultation and pharmacy costs separate
The ED page advertises consultations starting at $19 with no membership required. Video review may cost more. If a prescription is appropriate, medicine is purchased separately at a chosen local or online pharmacy. A low pharmacy example therefore does not include the clinical consultation. [ED service]
Selected discount-card examples include 60 sildenafil 25 mg tablets from $26.70 and 60 tadalafil 5 mg tablets from $26.97. These are conditional pharmacy offers, not guaranteed prices everywhere or instructions to take that quantity on a particular schedule. Confirm the pharmacy, eligibility and current price for the actual prescription. [Tadalafil example]
Read the completed-consultation policy
The process page states that a completed consultation fee cannot be refunded. Its No-Cost Care program has financial-eligibility conditions, rather than making every consultation free. Ask about the applicable fee and pathway before proceeding; do not assume that no prescription means no charge.
Use FDA's pharmacy-verification resources for the dispensing source and our first-order questions for the combined cost record. We have not completed Dr. B intake, tested a video review or redeemed a pharmacy discount. [FDA]
The care overview places this separate-fee model beside delivered subscriptions. Its directory position does not certify AI performance, clinical quality, advertised turnaround or a reader's eligibility for treatment.
